I thought one of the big plot points from the current Justice League of America series was that Vixen had lost her animal powers. Pity somebody forget to tell that to the Countdown team — it could’ve save Jimmy a lot of pain.

Obviously Jimmy’s ability to summon powers from the other 52 earths has started to bleed through and is now infecting other people. Soon, everyone will have Silver Age super powers!

In the newsarama interview with Mike Carlin he said that it was a screw up. Or, it was as Jimmy remembered it, so Jimmy just assumed she was summoning an animal power.
My thoughts: Just another continuity screw up thats becoming all too common.

That’s nothing. A recent issue had Piper talking to poison Ivy in one panel, then it’s Trickster, then Piper again. Not a glaring error, except that the panel previous to that, it was shown that trickster was mesmerized by Ivy, while only Piper was immune. So basically, very bad continuity errors on the same page.
