Not having read the comic I am left wondering how mature Batgirl is supposed to be in this version. It may be a trick of the lighting in the print but in this picture I would have said she has the physique of a woman in her forties, and even a bit of a potbelly.
If this is on purpose then I applaud the move of featuring a heroine who has the physique of anything other than an anorexic teenager, but I have to wonder at the choice of costume, which is what they describe locally as “mutton dressed as lamb”, and isn’t exactly flattering.
Interestingly, the toy is much more generic and the costume is much better cut (eg. the waistline is moved down to the hips) though I don’t quite see why what is quite clearly blue in the illustrations has been redone as black.

I think those are supposed to be stomach muscles. The style that Thrillkiller was drawn in wasn’t exactly flattering in my opinion but the characters were all supposed to be very goodlooking specimens of youth.

Seriously, that Thrillkiller looks like something my old, hard drinking, hard smoking, truck stop dining because the food’s best there, lab tech would come home with, sober up, and then never call again.

That’s a pretty good description of Brereton’s style (also seen in The Nocturnals and JLA: Seven Caskets). It plays out a lot better on the page.
